Canceling Your Subscription

How cancellation works and what happens to your data.

If you need to cancel your Domara subscription, you can do so from Settings at any time.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the Subscription section
  3. Click Manage Plan
  4. Select Cancel Subscription

What happens to your data

  • Your data is preserved — we don't delete anything. All your properties, tenants, leases, payment history, and documents remain intact.
  • Read-only access — after cancellation, you can still log in and view everything. You just can't take new actions.
  • Reactivate anytime — if you come back later, subscribe again and pick up right where you left off.

Tips

  • Consider pausing instead — if you're selling a property or taking a break, your data stays safe even on the free trial/expired state
  • Export first — download any reports you need before canceling, though they'll remain accessible in read-only mode
