Creating a Listing

When you have a vacant unit, you can create a listing to advertise it on the Domara marketplace. Renters browsing the marketplace can find your listing, view details, and apply directly.

How to create a listing

1. Go to Listings in the sidebar
2. Click Create Listing
3. Select the property and unit
4. Fill in the listing details:

- Rent amount — pulled from the unit, but you can adjust

- Available date — when the unit is ready for move-in

- Description — highlight what makes this unit great

- Photos — upload photos of the unit (the more, the better)

- Amenities — in-unit laundry, parking, pet-friendly, etc.

1. Click Publish

Your listing goes live on the marketplace immediately.

Tips

• Good photos matter — listings with clear, bright photos get significantly more interest
• Be specific in descriptions — mention proximity to transit, schools, parks, or downtown
• Price competitively — check comparable rentals in your area
• Update promptly — take the listing down as soon as the unit is rented
