Ending a Lease Early

Sometimes a lease needs to end before the scheduled date — tenant breaking the lease, mutual agreement, or other circumstances.

How to end a lease

1. Go to Leases and find the active lease
2. Update the lease status as needed
3. Resolve any outstanding charges or deposits
4. Remove the tenant from the unit if applicable
